I have added Costa Mesa Course Handicap Charts to the website. They are located in the navigation menu on right panel under Handicaps, and a link to them is below:

CMSGA is an SCGA affiliate club, with membership consisting of local seniors. Tournaments are held on the first and third Thursday of each month, on either Mesa Linda or Los Lagos - the two 18 hole courses at the Costa Mesa Country Club.
